Kraut og Koala started out as a food wagon at the harbour in Ærøskøbing during the summer of 2022.

We moved inside the old Havnekiosk in Ærøskøbing in 2023, where we serve a tasting menu made from locally sourced ingredients.

It all started with one cow.
A few kilos of locally grown and milled flour.

From that cow, and those bags of flour, we produced a summer’s worth of meat pies.
